“Even the best cooking pot will not produce food”

The competitive edge is apparent within Arvy’s commercial approach and entrepreneurial vision. Whilst working for an Oil Company in Ghana, she stumbled upon the Ashanti region and became engrossed with the historical significance of the region’s industrious alluvial gold mining sites.

Thereafter, returning to London and acquiring financing she returned to the African continent registering the relevant mining exploration licences to commence exploration and excavation.

In 2014 she managed, acquired and owned her own alluvial mining site in Obuasi-Ghana, governing a team of 12. By virtue of her in-country operational abilities, the exposure and successful bid negotiations led her to structuring offshore exploration contracts and contributing in executing highly sensitive commercial joint ventures, in which she played an instrumental role securing and developing future contracting opportunities worldwide.
